Every little puppy starts our delicate and moves straight to invincible (well at least they think so). Letting your toddler pup learn the hard knocks of life can be stressful, but in some cases necessary. Let him try to jump off the couch on his own. He will know when it is safe. He will always try to carry the toy that is too big or the stick that dwarfs his small stature, and it is good for him. It gives him confidence, and makes him stronger. Just don’t let him play in the street. Dodging cars is not a game any animal should learn to play.
