There are a lot of mixed breeds out there, but some of them are more well known than others. This just so happens to be the case for the Cockalier. This is a dog, that is a mix between a King Charles dog and a Cocker Spaniel. This is not a breed by any means, and some people do not even consider this a designer dog. The sad thing about this breed is the fact that a lot of people have just marked it as a mutt. Most people feel this way, because of the high prices that a lot of people charge for this dog. Thus, a lot of scam artists have been trying to get people to pay top dollar for this mixed breed. Although it's a nice dog, no one should have to overpay for it.

Cockalier Puppies for sale and Cockalier for sale are all over the internet. The main thing that you need to look out for is people that call this dog a breed. Also, anyone who is trying to charge you a ton of money for them is ripping you off. The sad truth behind the Cockaliers is the fact that most of the time you are not even getting the right mix. For example, they may mix the Cocker Spaniel with something else. Thus, you just paid a ton of money for a dog that is not even mixed with what you want it to be mixed with. This is a huge problem that people are facing today. The sad thing is that it's starting to happen more and more as time goes on. People are not paying attention to what kind of dogs they are actually getting. People are just buying the first dog that they come across. This, however, is not really a good idea. The best thing that you can do, is to look around at different sites. See if you can find someone that is offering a good deal on the so called Cockalier. That way, even if it turns out to not be a Cockalier, you still got a good price on a dog you like.

Something else that you should do is to always make sure you see a picture of the dog you are buying first. A lot of scam artists do not put pictures up of the dog they are selling. That way they can just take any puppy they come across and sell it to you. After all, you are not going to know the difference. People will do whatever they can to make just a little bit of money. Unless you know the person that is selling the Cockaliers, do not just trust them. There are a lot of great mixed breed dogs out there. No one is trying to put down the quality of a mixed dog. However, you have to make sure you are getting what you want. So do not just settle for something that you are not sure about.

If you do happen to get your hands on one of the rare Cockaliers, then you have your hands on one of the sweets dogs you could possibly own. This dog loves people and loves to play with kids. They do have quite a few health issues, but nothing that a proper dog diet won't fix.
