There are some purebreds that are out there that are accepted by the American Kennel Club and the United Kingdom Kennel Club dog organizations. However, there are some that are not and those are called mix breeds. Mix breeds are a breed of dog that has been accepted by people, but not officially, and more than likely never will be. This is the case for the Goldendoodle. This is a dog that has been mixed with a Golden Retriever (that gives it the "Golden" part of its name) and Poodle (which gives it the "doodle" part of its name). Although this seems like a funny combo to stick together, it actually makes a very good looking dog. In fact, Goldendoodles have been growing in popularity all over the world. As said before, they may never become an official breed, but that does not stop people from loving them.

Like the Golden Retrievers puppies, this is a very loving dog. It is also very loyal and also has an amazing sense of smell. Like the Poodle puppies, this dog can also be trained to love the water. Also, much like the Poodle, this dog is very intelligent, and this is something that can be seen in the Goldendoodle puppies. Also, much like the Golden Retriever, these Goldendoodles are great with kids. These dogs love to be social, and they get along with pretty much anyone; a guard dog, this is not. They are easy to train, but they do love to play, and their favorite thing to do is to retrieve things. Something that you have to keep in mind is that this is a loving dog. It should not be trained as a watch dog at all, because it is going to react the wrong way in a bad situation. Unless you want to shower your robbers with a lot of dogie kisses, then this dog is not going to help you out. They are to sweet natured.

The main problem that you are going to have after buying a Goldendoodle for sale or Goldendoodle puppies for sale is the fact that they love to follow their nose. When they are on the track of something, they will often turn a deaf ear to you, and not follow your commands. They are great with kids, but the kids have to learn to play nice with the dog. For some reason (and this could be because of the mixing of the two breeds) the dog can turn aggressive very quickly and without warning. Due to their big size, this can be bad if kids are around. Although it does not happen often, it does happen. They have a high level of energy, and they love other family dogs as well.

When looking for a family dog, the Goldendoodle could be the dog you are looking for. They are very sweet dogs, but every once in a great while you will hear a bad story about them. It's funny that they lash out like that sometimes, because they still make bad watchdogs. You can train any dog to do whatever you want it to do, but this is one of the few dogs that the training of being a watch dog just may not stick with it.
