Well if that is the only reason why you do not get a dog, then the Havanese is the answer that you have been looking for. The Havanese is a member of the Bichon family of dogs. These are dogs that do not shed. Thus, anyone that is looking for dogs that are easy to take care of and fun to be around, the Havaneses are here for you. These dogs are super playful and you can see this trait a lot in the Havanese puppies. One thing that is great about the Havanese dogs is that they are a natural companion dog. Thus, they are super gentle to humans and very responsive. After you get one of these dogs, they become very attached very quickly. They love to play, so if you do have children, the dog is always going to want to play with them. The only thing that is the matter with this dog is that it always thinks that it's play time. So when it comes time for your kids to go to bed or to do their homework, this dog is not going to know when enough is enough. One thing that this dog likes to do is to sit up in high chairs. A very important thing to remember about all the Havaneses is that they are super sensitive to the tone of your voice. So if you say something mean or are using harsh words, the dog gets very upset very quickly. That is because this dog does not want to do anything to make you mad. Thus, the dogs are very easy to train. This is a dog that you can not joke around with being upset. When you act upset, it is not going to do whatever it is it's doing ever again. It does not want to hear you make that harsh tone.
Most of the time the Havanese do not bark a lot. So if you live in a small house and like your quiet, this is a good dog to go with. They do make good watch dogs, and if they think that something is wrong they will alert you of it. There have been many stories of a Havanese dog sitting in a high chair watching while the master is cooking. Then when the master walks away the dog will bark if the water starts to boil or something goes wrong in the kitchen. These dogs just know when something is not right, and they tell you about it right away.
