The Kooikerhondje (sometimes called the Kooiker Hound) is a small spaniel type breed of dog. This is a dog that is a working dog, and it was mostly used for hunting duck. In fact, this was a tolling dog. The way tolling works is where a dog plays by the riverside until the ducks come over to see what the dog is doing.
