Miniature BullTerriers
Miniature Bull Terriers are dogs that are loved around the world. They are know for there short fine hair that is also kind of glossy looking. Many people love these dogs not just because they are so friendly but their coats (unlike other dogs) require almost no dog grooming. A Miniature Bull Terrier makes a good family pet and some people like these dogs over the normal size Bull Terriers. Either way you go you can not go wrong with one of these dogs. Now we will talk a little bit more in depth about the Miniature Bull Terrier and see what kind of dogs these animals really are.
When ever you are looking at any Miniature Bull Terriers for sale or Miniature Bull Terrier puppies for sale you will see right away that they are gong to grow up to have a very muscular build to them. Although these dogs are short they tend to be heavy for there size. Most of the time they usually range anywhere from about 20 pounds to 35 pounds. Of course this is fine because Miniature Bull Terriers are not classed by there weight but there height. In fact in 1970 the weight limit for classing a Miniature Bull Terrier was actually replace by a height limit, which a lot of people agree with. Also when looking at a Miniature Bull Terrier you can tell them apart from other dogs right away because of there egg shaped head. Most of the time there heads are almost completely flat on top with a Roman muzzle to go with it. There eyes tend to be very close together and have a some what triangular look to them.
Miniature Bull Terriers are a very loving breed. However do not let there lovingness fool you they can be very stubborn at times despite there size. Of course even on that note these dogs make great pets for people that do not have a lot of space but still want a dog. Along with there stubbornness they ten to be very courageous which can be a very deadly combo. They do not seem to realize that they are small at all. In fact even when fighting with a large dog they will never (and that means never) back down. Of course this is a trait that can be found in most small dogs. It's like they all thing that they are bigger then what they really are. To take care of this dog you are going to have to be very energetic and playful. That is why these dogs get along well with children. However you have to warn the kids to play nice with the dogs because they tend to get very snippy very fast.
The only problem people have with the Miniature Bull Terrier puppies is that because they are so stubborn they do not train very well. Just like any dog it is going to take time but it could take more time then any other dog that you have every tried to train. This is not because the dog is not smart this is because the dog does not do anything that it does not want to do.
