There are some dogs that are family dogs, and then there are wild dogs. The tundra wolf is one of the wild dogs that can be found all over Europe and Asia. Normally you will see them in the northern arctic around Russia, hence the name Tundra Wolf. A long time ago, these Tundra wolves had been eliminated from the Arctic islands that are found north of Siberia. However, just recently these wolves have been seen once again on Wrangle Island, one of the arctic islands. How these wolves made it back out to the island is not yet known. The Tundra wolf is the largest of all the Grey wolf subspecies. In fact, these wolves can reach body lengths of almost seven feet. Normally these wolves weigh anywhere from 100 to 125 pounds of pure killing power. These wolves are super strong and super fast, making them one of the most deadliest wolves in the world. Some of the adult Tundra Wolves have said to even weight up to 220 pounds!

Like most Grey Wolves, the Tundra Wolf has a lot of gray colors to it. Sometimes you can see them mixed with a little bit of black, rust, or even silver. Most of the colors the Tundra wolf puppies have when they are small are gone by the time they reach adult hood. These dogs are very vulnerable to the fur trade. This is even worse for the Tundra wolves that live in the forest because of the softness of their fur. In fact, their fur can sell for almost twice as much. The best thing that we can do is to leave these wolves alone. They try and stay in their home lands and do not like to be around people at all. Most farms never have a problem with these kinds of wolves, because they live in the frozen north. Thus, it is too cold for farmers to raise other livestock.

These are wolves that are amazing to look at. However, it is very important to keep in mind that these are wild dogs and should never be kept as a pet. A lot of people think that they can buy Tundra Wolf for sale or Tundra wolf puppies for sale and raise them and they will grow to love humans. However, this is not the case. These are wild dogs that can not live among people. As they get older, they get bigger, and they tend to get more aggressive. Although it is possible that they could grow to love you, they will never accept other animals, and they will never accept strangers. People have tried before to keep these animals as pets, and it does not work. These animals have to be left to run around freely. That is what they are made for.

Another thing that people seem to fail to grasp about these dogs is that they are bigger than most dogs that you can have in a house. These are dogs that are going to need a large area to run around in. When we are talking about large areas, we are talking about miles and miles of room to run. These are not dogs that can live in a back yard.
