Briards For Sale

When you see a Briard, the first thing that you will notice about this dog breed is that it's rather large. Briards have actually been pretty popular throghout history. If you look back, you will see that certain people like Napless and Thomas Jefferson both owned Briards. Most people used these dogs, because they could guard sheep very good and herd them. That makes this breed prefect for working on a farm. However, during World War I, this dog was used to fight many battles. In fact, the Briard breed was used so much that it was almost to the point of extinction. It was not until late after World War I when the dog finally started to make a come back. The Briard breed is slowly still recovering from almost being whipped out, so it can be hard to get your hands on one. Some experts say that Briards will never fully recover to their former glory before World War I.
