English Coonhounds For Sale
The English Coonhound is a type of hunting dog. In fact, these dogs are used a lot of times to hunt raccoons, and that is how they got their name. These dogs came about because of how bad the Foxhound was at tracking animals that would go up into trees. The Foxhound was good to hunt animals that would stay on the ground, but as soon as the animal would go into the tree, the Foxhound would get lost and not know what to do next. The English Coonhound is a dog that will not stay with you when it's hunting. It runs ahead of the master, and it chases down the animals that you are trying to catch. Then the English Coonhounds let out a very deep bark to let you know that they have found the animal that you are looking for. At that point, the master would come over to help the dog get the animal. English Coonhounds are also good family dogs, because they get along with just about everyone.
