They are super gentle with kids, but you need to watch your Kerry Blue Terriers around other dogs. Pretty much, the Kerry Blue Terrier breed does not get along with any other dog. Of course, these dogs are super fast and very strong. This is one of the reasons why this dog is sometimes used as a police dog. The dog does make a good inside dog, but it has to be let outside to play at least once a day. However, it would really like it if you let it out even more than that. Overall, the Kerry Blue Terrier dog is a very good family dog that you will surely grow to love.
