The Red and White Setter is your typical gun dog in almost every way. However, the only thing that you are going to notice that is different about the Red and White Setter is the fact hat it takes longer to train it than most other gun dogs. For some people this is going to be a problem, and for others it is not going to matter. For example, if you are not going to have your Red and White Setters be gun dogs, then it will not matter how long it takes them how to learn to be a gun dog, because you will not be using them for that. Overall, they do make a good family pet, and for that reason people, get this dog everyday. The Red and White Setter does have a great personality that makes people fall in love with it. At times, the Red and White Setters can be a bit stubborn, but it's nothing that you would not see out of other dogs at times.
