The Scottish Terrier breed is a very upbeat little dog. They love to be on the move, and they plan on staying on the move for as long as they can. It is also for this reason why the Scottish Terriers eat more than other dogs their size. They love to go out and explore and be one with nature. The Scottish Terriers are dogs that you will not get sick of. They are very alert and like to go out and do things with you. If you have never seen a Scottish Terrier on the move, then you do not know how fast these dogs can go. They do love to play with kids, but they really like to play with other dogs that they have been raised with. At times, this dog can be kind of aloof around new people, but that should not be taken as aggression. These dogs are sweet, and they like to be out with people.
