The Yorkshire Terrier is a breed of dog that is very playful in
demeanor. They like to be very active, and most of all, they like
to play. Of course, this is one reason why the Yorkshire Terriers
are the second most popular dog in the United States. The only
dog that is more popular in the Untied States is the Labrador
Retriever. Every dog is going to be a little bit different from
the others, but there are a few traits of Yorkshire Terriers that
remain the same. First of all, they are very intelligent dogs,
and they are very courageous. No matter what they are put up
against, they have the will power to get it down. Although these
dogs are not good attack dogs, they are inclined to bark at
strangers, making them the perfect watch dog. With a bit of
training, however, you can keep your Yorkshire terrier from
barking at people if that is what you don't want.
