Upon termination of the free period, additional information will be requested to post animals for sale or stud. This financial information such as your name, address, and other information will be used as a one time transaction. Animaroo does not store credit card information for classified ads. |

| d. Animaroo’s joint ventures and subsidiaries follow privacy practices as protective as Animaroo’s. You will receive prior notice in the event of subsidiary or joint venture’s policy changes. |

e. Animaroo strongly enforces the protection of animals and cooperates with law enforcement agencies such as
National and State wide Animal Control, Humane Societies and Animal Shelters. Information may be passed on to
agencies such as these due to submission of abuse reports or information gathered by Animaroo deemed necessary
to report. All information collected is taken very seriously and is treated with the utmost respect that it
deserves. Animaroo also cooperates with enforcement inquiries, to aid in enforcing laws such as fraud to help
protect you and other Animaroo users. If requested by legal authorities, your personal information may be
disclosed without a subpoena. Information would only be disclosed in the event a threat of imminent physical harm,
loss or illegal activity. You authorize us to disclose your name, address, phone numbe, company name, etc to
proper the proper authorities if believed to have committed fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy,
abuse, or other unlawful activity. Any false or malicious claims will be investigated. Every member and user of
Animaroo guarantees their honesty when making such claims.

Information may be provided by independent users within the community as well as in product, service and animal ads. Animaroo allows you access to other users contact information, User I.D., community postings, etc.
By entering into our agreements and policies, you agree that, with respect to other users’ personal information that you obtain through the site or through an Animaroo related communication or transaction, you will only use this information for: Animaroo related communications, animal inquiries, using products and services offered through Animaroo or any other purpose that a user expressly agrees to after you tell them the purpose of its use. You may never disclose personal information about another user to any third party without our consent and the consent of that user. You agree that other users may use your provided personal information to communicate with you in accordance with this section.

| You are not licensed to add an Animaroo user, even if you have had communications with this user, to your mail list (e-mail or physical mail) without their express consent. To report Animaroo related spam to Animaroo, please contact us at support@animaroo.com. |

| Tell-A-Friend: |

| Animaroo’s “Tell-A-Friend” feature is for the sole purpose of enabling users to provide an interested person with information about the related product, service or animal. You may not use this e-mail feature to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. |

| If you send an e-mail using the “Tell-A-Friend” service, we do not use the e-mail address for collection or promotional purposes. |

| Password Responsibilities: |

| You are responsible for all actions taken with your User I.D. and Password. This includes but is not limited to, all fees charged through your account, community postings, inquiries made to Animaroo as well as other members and agreements made to Animaroo. Do not disclose your password to anyone to avoid liability of the above practices. In the event that you lose your password, you may lose control over your personal information yet still be responsible for all actions taken by the use of this information. If you believe for any reason you may have misplaced or forgotten you password, immediately change your password by contacting support@animaroo.com or by filling out the online form for lost password. |

| You may change your personal information at any time by accessing your administration area. You should promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. Once posted, you may not be able to change your contact information that appears for other users. |
