Your new puppy will become the property of the Buyer as well as title upon the fulfillment of the following conditions: The purchase price is paid by the Buyer to the Breeder has been made in full. A non-refundable deposit may be made to hold your puppy until ready to be picked up or shipped. At that time the balance of the purchase price must be paid in full. Final payment must be made in cash, money order or personal check. (Please allow 3 weeks for personal checks to clear.)
Transportation costs, if any, will be paid by the Buyer.
Health: Every effort has been made to assure that the puppy you have selected is healthy on the date of delivery of the puppy and that the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings. It is the Buyers responsibility to have any future vaccinations and wormings done when due and failure to do so will render this health guarantee null and void.
Guarantee: This puppy is guaranteed for 6 months against fatal and life threatening congenital disease. If the dog dies within this six-month time frame, the Buyer will pay to have a necropsy done to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
Animal must show the defect during 6 months from the date of shipment. Seller must be notified of the problem with 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and the Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.
A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the Seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.
No refund, in part or full, will be given.
This guarantee does not cover uneven bites, undecided testicles, inguinal or umbilical hernias, liver shunt, fleas, ticks or ear mite, Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands he/she will be responsible for all payments.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.
A returned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the Buyer's expense. The Buyer/owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.
No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the Seller's permission.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.
This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is not transferable to a second party.
There is no guarantee or warranty the the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.
This guarantee is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. |
