Pomeranians are one of the smallest breeds of dogs. They only stand about 8-11 inches tall and weigh only about 3-7 pounds. Poms are extremely lively and devoted dogs. They are also very intelligent; they are always eager to learn and love to work. Pomeranians are also happy and relatively friendly although they are known to be temperamental from time to time. Good around children as long as the small children don’t give to much attention. It can cause them to be nervous and a bit snappy.
