In this Briard video profile, we take a look at this breed originating from France where the pup is known as the Chien Berger de Brie. Dating from the 18th century, this breed is easily recognized by a big old coat of hair that makes it appear to always be listening very closely to whatever is happening. This breed dates back to the eigth century, but does not have the often massive health risks associated with other older breed lines.
