More About ...
Airedale Terriers
The Airedale Terrier will weigh around 45 pounds as an adult. This is a very active breed and requires regular, extensive exercise. Their wiry, crisp coat needs regular washing and plucking. They can be difficult to groom. Airedale Terriers are spunky and intelligent, but also stubborn with a possibility of developing dominance issues if not trained and socialized properly. They tend to chase small animals, so Airedale Terrier puppies are not recommended for families with cats, small dogs or young children.

Airedale Terrier Puppies For Sale
When it comes to educated, the Airedale Terrier is very well rounded as it can be found in the military, the Red Cross, police forces, the duck blind, and in loving homes as one of the most adored pets in the household. The breed began in the first half of the 19th century and has been finding a place in the hearts of people around the world since.
Its personality is witty, intelligent and loyal and is a wonderful addition to a family looking for a dog full of life. It won't be found lying around the house day after day in the hot summer sun.
From the time of birth, the Airedale Terrier puppy is alert. The breed has a wonderful personality as it not only is sociable and loving, it is very protective with a inbreed instinct that makes for a very good watchdog. However, there is another side to the Airedale Terrier which is independent, strong-minded, and even stubborn as you may find that you train the puppy to do a trick and the puppy may perform it a few times and then had enough! It will definitely take the challenge but will decide when it has proven itself and time to move on!
The Airedale Terrier puppy/dog is not recommended for homes with small children as the animal does like to play rough. You will discover that the Airedale enjoys digging, playing, chewing and chasing, so for any home not prepared to handle or train a dog not to dig, then reconsider the purchase of a puppy. However, good things are worth the effort and this happens to be one of those good things found in life.
